1 The problem of unpacking the installation package

After downloading the SocialSmartly installation package, you need to decompress it for subsequent installation into the browser.

Note: the result of unpacking is a folder, not several fragmented files.

If you accidentally decompress into fragmented files, please choose the method to decompress again.

2 Problems with installation package updates

Generally speaking, when browsers update extensions with old ones, the installation package will be replaced automatically and there will always be only one SocialSmartly extension file.

However, there are some users who update the old extension files without being replaced, which requires us to manually [remove] the old extension files to avoid affecting the normal execution of the integration.
